Emergency Call out charges
We do not have a call out charge, instead clients pay for the time we are on site. If the job is out with the Inverclyde area we reserve the right to apply traveling time rate of £15.00 per hour.
- Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 17:00 hrs £40.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday 17:00 hrs to 24:00 hrs £55:00 per hour
- Monday to Friday 24:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs Min Call out is £90.00
- Saturday to Sunday 08:00 to 08:00 hrs Min Call out is £90.00
In the event that we are unable to carry out a repair due to the condition of old wiring, we will provide an estimate for the work. If accepted, call out charge will be waived.
Account clients will be billed and accounts are due payable within 14 days from receipt of invoice. Non account customers will require to pay for repairs on completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accounts can be settled in a number of ways including the following:
- Cheques
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
- Credit Card
All goods and services remain the property of Craig Brands Electrical Ltd until paid in full.
